Equipment Monitoring (1995) Ltd is a New Zealand Company based in the Taranaki city of New Plymouth The company specializes in remote monitoring of commercial equipment such as Elevators, A/C Units, Pumping Stations and so on. The company also has a electrical contracting arm of the business involved in domestic, commercial and industrial sectors. The monitoring of equipment can be either via a dialup connection reporting on an event or at a pre-detemined time or via the internet with a broadband connection and reporting real time events. Our best example is the real monitoring of building elevators that can be viewed by a building manager by just using a normal web browser. No special software required. EML Elevators Ltd was formed to branch out from Equipment Monitoring (1995) Ltd for a more positive and better related vision on the installation, maintenance, re-furbishment of elevators. The company is also based in New Plymouth and operates via the same office as Equipment Monitoring (1995) Ltd. The difference though is that the company operates through out New Zealand using local agents to maintain elevator installations that have been installed or re-furbished by EML Elevators Ltd. Our new re-furbishment controller overlay is the company's main thrust to provide a better passenger ride, power saving and many more features. The EML Group head office is now based in Australia's Gold Coast region and encompases the two Australian copies of the New Zealand companies. Equipment Monitoring (Australia) Pty Ltd is committed to the same quality as the New Zealand company offering electrical contracting in the greater Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. The company also specailizes in site management for electrical companies and/or contract labour. We can look after the electrical installation from concept to completion, including supplying team leaders and labour.
